Paul E. Robinson
Mr. Robinson earned his Bachelor's degree in 1982 from the University of Chicago and his law degree from Wayne State University Law School in 1986. His practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation with focal emphasis on Multi-Employer Pension Plan Act claims, including withdrawal liability matters; labor and employment law including contract claims, discrimination claims, and the enforceability of non-competition agreements; shareholder disputes, and construction litigation. He also provides prophylactic counseling to many corporate clients in areas surrounding labor and employment matters, shareholder concerns, and general contract review.
